I’ve once again not posted for such a long time, but in all honesty we didn’t really have much to report.

Until now!

We have not quite given up on the idea of converting the sprinter which is still currently sat on the front garden, but we were more than ready to start going away.

So we took the plunge and are now the proud owners of our 1987 Talbot talisman.

When we went on our very long drive through Wales to go and take a look, we were very hopeful that this one would be the one.

When we finally got there, I can honestly say I fell in love straight away. The then owner took us through all the different standard and none standard additions and was so helpful. It was obvious that he loved the van and that selling hadn’t been an easy decision.

We didn’t take long on deciding that this was the van for us, and when our van was delivered the previous owner had written a guide to the workings of all the parts of the van and sent us ‘how to’ videos, which have been absolutely amazing.

We did however change the name so we are sorry to the previous owner, if you do read this, but Evie now identifies as Trevor.
